Introducing RAVIRA

Something is shifting. Maybe you feel it, too. It’s showing up in many of my conversations and coaching sessions recently. 

And I’m really sitting with it: why do I need to know what’s coming? I understand why I desire that and work really hard to achieve that knowing, it feels much safer to know - but why do I need it so badly? Is it possible to feel safe in the not knowing? To feel comfort in the unfolding? I both believe in and trust in something bigger than me - the Universe, a higher power, a higher self, guides, ancestors, a spiritual team, soul tribes - all of it and more - so why can’t I allow the magic of their work to happen without my control?

To honor both knowing and not knowing, my focus these days is on taking the next best step. Not needing to know the entire vision from now til death (though don’t tempt me with a good time!). Several beloved elders have given me this advice this week: stay in the question until clarity comes, stay with the clarity no matter how scary, then take one step forward. Repeat. So far it’s working better than the other things I was trying (hyper-vigilance, control, plans starting at step #112, ruminating…sound familiar?!). Thank you, elders. 

So here is my next one step: I’m officially announcing my new business venture, Ravira, with the world! She’s been a very slow unfolding and I’m excited for what will be created together. Through Ravira, I am offering:

These are all modalities I love and have found incredible growth from. And I’m excited to experience them with you. 

I created the name Ravira to represent Ra, the Egyptian sun deity, and vira from virar - to transform in Portuguese, in honor of the seasons of life and the constant evolution we all experience. I want Ravira to be a place to ground, to feel, to move, to transmute, to grow, and to experience joy! I’m using Eros - lifeforce - as the North Star for both how I hold this work and the direction in which I guide my clients. 

Some people know they come to earth to be parents, or guides, or athletes, or musicians, or many other beautiful things. I know I’m here (at least part of why) to guide others to live authentically as themselves so their aliveness is accessible and palpable. To know what fuels their Eros and to find the best expressions for it all while navigating grief, fear, loss, anger, and joy. To get to experience the full range of life while also experiencing the abundance available. And I also know, if this is the North Star for my work with others, it’s also what I need to allow for myself. So here we go!

It’s a true honor and blessing to get to do this work as part of my highest expression. I am really excited for continued growth with Ravira and witnessing the great unfolding within each person who joins.
